General responsibilities and objectives include:

Supporting Controller, preparing necessary analysis and carrying out necessary coordination activities in order to achieve belows:

• Establishing Performance Tracking tools for effectively monitoring business and financial performance
• Compiling annual budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring accurate and meaningful information provided to management within timelines
• Identifying shortfalls and take immediate actions with business heads for bridging gaps.
• Identifying opportunities for business growth
• Cross-functional review with business heads and ensuring achieving targets
• Process / Efficiency improvements
• Identifying issues and problem-solving

Additional Information:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; must be a CPA.
• With related experience. Minimum of 3 years
• Willing to work in a Retail industry and in shifting Saturday Schedule
